Altitude Privé is a private residential office. The work is held across two registers — significant tower residences in the Anglo communities of Israel, and the hotel-branded residences held inside the country's hotels.
The office is small by intention. We accept a limited number of mandates at any time and decline far more than we accept. The work proceeds quietly: most residences we represent are never publicly listed, and most clients are introduced to us by another client, by a sister office, or by a long acquaintance.
The pace and the discretion are not a marketing position. They are how the work is actually done.
We do not maintain a public listings page in the conventional sense. A few residences are shown openly; the rest are introduced privately, by appointment, on the strength of a single conversation.
A consequence of this is that the office's real register is largely invisible to the public market. It exists in the relationships we hold with owners, building concierges, and developers — and it surfaces only when an introduction is genuinely useful for both sides.
Every mandate is led by a single advisor from first conversation to completion. There is no escalation chain, no transfer to a junior negotiator, no handing off to a transactional team once the relationship is established. The advisor who takes the brief sees it through.
For clients accustomed to private-bank or family-office service, this is the expected standard. For clients arriving from conventional estate agency, it is often the most striking difference.
The office maintains a working register of the significant tower and hotel-branded residences across the communities it serves. We track ownership, transactions, building intelligence, and resident profiles for each — and we track them over time.
This means we know which apartments at David Promenade have transacted in the past five years, which floors at Neve Tzedek Tower the current owner has held for over a decade, and which residences on the Herzliya marina are quietly approaching the right moment for a confidential approach. The register is the office's primary working asset.
Altitude Privé is the residential office of a small, privately held group serving high-net-worth individuals and families with interests in Israel.
The parent office — a concierge for non-citizens establishing residency, business, and lifestyle in Israel, for clients who hold another primary citizenship and are building a presence here ahead of any decision on a permanent move.
Our sister office — the Anglo concierge to the formal aliyah process, accompanying families from London, New York, Toronto, Paris, Melbourne, and beyond through Nefesh B'Nefesh, Misrad HaKlita, the schools, the banks, the first-year rental.
The residential office — holding the purchase conversation when it arrives. Together, the three offices cover the full arc of a client's relationship with Israel, from first visit, to residency, to aliyah, to the eventual purchase of a residence. A client introduced to one office is often, in time, known to all three.

The office works in the communities where Anglo families in Israel have built their lives — and knows each one as a resident does, not as a portal does. Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Netanya, Ra'anana, Ashkelon, and Ramat Beit Shemesh. Correspondence is held in London and New York.
Conversations are held in English and Hebrew. French correspondence is offered through our parent office, Israeli Citizenship.
Based in London, New York, Geneva, or Paris, seeking discreet acquisition advisors for Israeli residential holdings. Most arrive having already worked with our parent office, Israeli Citizenship.
Families and individuals making aliyah from the UK, US, Canada, or Australia, often introduced through Easy Aliyah after the first year of arrival. Typically buying their first significant residence in year two or three.
Individuals who have built wealth abroad and are seeking a home at home, often with international advisory expectations and limited patience for conventional Israeli estate agency.
Families splitting their life between Israel and another country, for whom a hotel-branded residence — with its service, security, and lock-and-leave simplicity — is the right form of home.
Israeli buyers, sellers, and landlords seeking discreet, Anglo-fluent representation, particularly for cross-border transactions or residences with an international buyer pool.
Every instruction begins with a conversation. In person where possible, by telephone where not. We do not ask for particulars in advance.
The first conversation typically covers what the client is considering — a residence, a sale, a private valuation — and the level of confidentiality required. We do not require commercial information at the outset; what we need first is an understanding of intent.
If the conversation suggests a fit, we sign mutual confidentiality, take a written brief, and begin. If it does not, we say so directly. The office accepts a small number of mandates at any time and declines far more than we accept — a habit that protects the work of the clients we have already taken on.
Qualified enquiries receive a written response within twenty-four hours. The first conversation is held privately, on the desk best placed to advise.
