Midtown Residential Tower

The Midtown Residential Tower is a 183-metre residential building completed in 2018, housing 338 units across 50 floors. The tower forms part of the larger Midtown mixed-use complex adjacent to the Sarona district and represents the definitive luxury residential address in the central commercial quarter of Tel Aviv. The building's scale, height, and integration with the surrounding commercial infrastructure produce a residential typology that is closer to the American downtown high-rise model than to any other Tel Aviv development.
