YOO Towers Tel Aviv are the most internationally recognisable residential buildings in Israel, identifiable on the skyline by their distinctive circular silhouettes. The two-tower development brought the global YOO brand — the residential platform founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox — to Israel, importing a design vocabulary and amenity programme that remains unmatched locally.

W Prime is the newest generation of the Park Tzameret cluster, entering the market after the original Akirov and YOO developments had established the area as Israel's premier high-rise residential district. The tower was developed to a specification explicitly intended to exceed its established neighbours, with larger floor plates, higher ceiling specifications, and a more contemporary amenity programme.

G Tower completes the Park Tzameret high-rise cluster, occupying a smaller footprint than Akirov, YOO, or W Prime but delivering a closely comparable amenity and service profile. The building is often the entry point into Park Tzameret for buyers whose budgets or unit-size requirements do not quite reach the larger neighbouring towers, though pricing still sits firmly in the ultra-luxury bracket.

Meier on Rothschild is the most architecturally significant residential building in Israel. Designed by Pritzker Prize laureate Richard Meier — whose portfolio includes the Getty Center in Los Angeles and 173/176 Perry Street in New York — the tower brings an internationally canonical design voice to Tel Aviv's most prestigious boulevard. The building consistently achieves the highest per-square-metre resale prices on Rothschild.

Rothschild Tower anchors the southern end of Rothschild Boulevard, at the gateway between the boulevard itself and the historic Neve Tzedek quarter. The 42-storey mixed-use tower contains residential units on the upper floors above a boutique hotel component, producing a service infrastructure unavailable in purely residential buildings. The address is among the most photographed on the Tel Aviv skyline.
